Discover this beautiful 38 m² street-facing apartment located in Paris's 14th arrondissement, ideal for a functional and inspiring stay.
Located on the ground floor of a building, it charms with its refined design, warm atmosphere, and unique decorative elements, including a SAMICK piano and a Native American statue that give the place real personality.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a living room with a 140x200 sofa bed, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for a stay with a partner, family, or friends. As the beds overlook a noisy street, we advise travelers to bring earplugs to avoid being disturbed while sleeping.
The fully equipped kitchen area has a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combination oven and microwave, and everything you need to cook on site.
The living room is a real relaxation area, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing, enjoying the television, or treating yourself to a musical interlude on the piano for music lovers. It has air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons.
The toilet is located in the bathroom.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
