This home is the entire upper level of a 2-story home that has beautiful hardwood floors, nice landscaping, view of large backyard and garden, brand new kitchen, all paint and trim and doors are new, new triple pane windows, updated bathroom, and fenced in backyard with a fire-pit. Enjoy a stylishly comfortable experience at this centrally located place just a walk away to downtown Tigard and near the Pacific Highway (99W), Interstate 217 and Highway 5. Great location! The landscaping is especially breathtaking in Spring!

Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.

Lovely Tigard home

Due to storm damage to our home my husband and I stayed for 10 months. Home is updated with white kitchen, 3 bedrooms and one bath. You’ll have everything you need from a nice two car garage, very large backyard for your fur babies, tons of bedding to cooking spices. We periodically had people staying in the lower unit, but with quiet hours it was never a problem. Owner of the home is very responsive and respectful. I hope I never have a tree fall on my home again, but I would definitely recommend this property.

4 week stay in Tigard

We had a great time at this property. The house is modern and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. The kitchen is awesome! (We love to cook) The property is within walking distance to downtown Tigard, in a quiet street. The one and only thing we would recommend is a separate air-conditioning/heating unit for each home. There is a holiday rental on the lower level of this property, which we shared the air-conditioning with. A separate unit for each home would be the ideal. In saying this, Nick and Shannon's responsiveness to any issues was prompt and they make themselves available at all times. Our dog Blu especially loved the huge back yard to run around in. ☆☆☆☆☆ Deb, Eric and Blu

Nice upgraded house.

We rented for one summer month, the upper level of this nice ranch style home. It sits at street level; the lower level is below (sloped yard) with a separate side entrance and parking. Property is located on large tree lot. Street is quiet with little traffic and quiet neighbors, but you can hear the nearby 217 freeway. Off-street parking on the driveway and attached garage. Excellent communication with the host (Nick) at all times, very easy check in and out. House has been upgraded: new appliances, doors, windows, flooring, etc.. Perhaps, the rooms could have more furnishings/decor to feel more homey and comfortable. The mattresses are medium-soft. Would have gotten the 5th star if kitchen was fully stocked, which is important for a month long rental. Central HVAC works well (used it during heat wave). Great large TV in the living room. Overall a nice rental.

Thank you for bringing those things to our attention on your last days! We certainly would have loved to have known sooner to have been afforded the opportunity to earn that 5th star. Our guests that have stayed here for several months at a time seemed to have been very comfortable with the amount of dishes etc provided so it is good to know some might require more.
