Built 2021 in a 10++ location just 2 blocks to NEW SEASONS, Coffee Bean and great amenities on a corner lot. Main level Great room style w/fireplace, dining, high ceilings, pantry, peninsula kitchen/bar stools. Upstairs features double suites and convenient laundry room. Large fenced back yard with large upscale covered patio. Barbeque, fire pit, a large screen TV and upscale outdoor furniture.

This two bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks to George Rogers Park and New Seasons market. One block to Freepons park. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 2 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Brand new outdoor covered patio. Restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen and dining room.

The fireplace was a nice place to gather around. Bedrooms were spacious with large beds and good window treatments. The master bedroom shower had great water pressure and the walk in closets were very large.

My father and I stayed in this home over a weekend for a family wedding. It was extremely comfortable, clean and conveniently located to everything we were doing. The beds were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lake Oswego is a very cute town, and we enjoyed a nice lunch on the lake as well. We'd come back!

A Hallinan Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much that we've already rebooked for a future date. The property is newer with lots of nice touches and very well maintained. Rod is a very conscientious host, who communicated well and went the extra mile to be sure that we had everything we needed during our month long stay. We particularly enjoyed the recliners in front of the fireplace, watching TV. The location is great and very convenient to nearby markets and downtown Lake Oswego. Overall, a great stay!

First time in Lake Oswego

The place was super clean and large, and in a convenient and lovely neighborhood. And the price was certainly reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the large bathtub. Our only issues: 1) the weather was really cold, and the HVAC didn't heat the house evenly. Actually, we couldn't really figure out the system. 2) There was no house book explaining the TVs or anything else, no welcome pages. 3) The place could use some personal touch decorating to make it feel more homey (and fewer photos of the owner's family). But overall, we might stay there again (if we are welcome!). --Carl and Kathy

Family Visit

This house is wonderful! We had family in town and needed more space and this was perfect! The house is sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and it is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need, with beautiful appliances. The bathrooms are gorgeous and there is a nice laundry room. The location is great, it's quiet and the house is very close to a wonderful grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants in downtown Lake Oswego. We will definitely use this house again when our family returns. Thank you Rod for being an amazing host!

Above and beyond

The house was perfect with everything you could want. The host contacted me shortly after arriving with further information and tips for things to do. The next day we realized that the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the host who gave us some ideas that might have worked. As soon as we realized it was not going to be able be offered us another house he had nearby. This house was exceptional and huge. We moved into the new house and had the time of our lives. Super great host that made everything great. Our daughter moved to Portland so we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful get away.
