Pool use subject to all pool rules being followed - guest assumes all risk for use of pool and waives the right to claim negligence or malpractice in the event of injury - guest assumes all responsibility, and guest booking acknowledges and assumes the risk of pool usage. As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

Pool Experience

The pool is available for your enjoyment at your own risk. The property owner assumes no liability for injuries or accidents arising from its use.

The pool heater is set to approximately 89°F and operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that water temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, especially during cooler weather (below 60°F). As such, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds or adjustments will be issued due to weather-related variations.

Guests may not adjust or tamper with pool equipment or settings.

Pets

We welcome one small dog (under 20 lbs) with a $100 pet fee.

Pets must be well-trained, clean, and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated. Any damages or additional cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

* Thermostat may be adjusted within 70°F to 90°F only
* Do not tamper with system settings

* Approved early check-in or late check-out is $50 per hour
* Unapproved early arrival or late departure is $100 per hour
