In Labastide-de-Lévis, this farm gîte immerses you in a region shaped by wine-growing history, vineyard landscapes and the proximity of some of the Tarn’s major attractions. You can discover the Gaillac vineyards, meet local winemakers, stroll through Cordes-sur-Ciel or visit Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City. Lovers of heritage, gastronomy and countryside walks will appreciate the wide range of activities nearby, all within a peaceful rural setting. This detached 100 m² house, fully air-conditioned and located close to the owners’ home, accommodates up to 6 guests in a relaxing family atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine, followed by a small relaxation room with a daybed. The living room, located on the other side of the main staircase, features a smart TV and a pleasant reading corner with a library. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and thermostatic mixer tap, as well as separate toilets. The three bedrooms are arranged as follows: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200 cm - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 cm - Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200 cm Full baby equipment available: changing mat, travel cot, baby bathtub, high chair and safety gates for the staircase. Outside, you can enjoy a dining and relaxation area in front of the house, ideal for sharing pleasant moments together. A private heated outdoor swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.20 m), heated to 27°C and open from June to September, secured with an alarm and barriers, completes the property perfectly. Parking is easy within the enclosed courtyard, with the possibility of sheltering a vehicle. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
