Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 16 m² south-east-facing terrace to make the most of the fine weather
- Shared swimming pool (unheated), approx. 10x5m, open from March to October

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
