The ground floor features a bright and inviting living room with a cozy fireplace, a television, a piano, a workspace, and a dining area that opens directly onto the swimming pool, creating a perfect space for relaxation or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction stove, and a Nespresso coffee maker, also with direct access to the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. On this level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed (160x200). One of the rooms has its own private bathroom and opens directly to the outside, which makes it convenient for you who want quick access to the terrace or garden. The ground floor also includes an additional bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort and privacy.

Upstairs, a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom, and balcony provides a tranquil retreat with lovely views.
