Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 15 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A shared (unheated) 15x20 m swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September with security fencing.
- The flat has its own west-facing terrace with furniture available. It is set back from the rest of the residence, giving it a pleasant feeling of privacy with no direct neighbours.
- In front of the terrace is a small, private, unenclosed garden of around 15 m².

The flat is ideally located in Deauville, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
