The Space:

Discover our 3 elegant, newly renovated flats in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.



They are fully air-conditioned, each measuring 44 m², and have been designed with particular attention to combining Parisian style with modern comfort. The 3 Saint Sauveur apartments in the same building can be booked to accommodate up to 12 people.





The flats feature a bedroom with 4K HDR TV, a modern bathroom with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, allowing you to prepare meals in a practical and aesthetic setting.



The living room invites you to relax, the sofa bed providing capacity for two extra people, a 4K HDR connected TV offering unlimited access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Canal+ and 280 channels.

The fibre-optic internet connection ensures very high speed via the latest Wi-Fi standard (WIFI 7) for optimum comfort during your stay. Ideal also for work from home.



The natural light and meticulous design of each area create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Facilities include everything you need for a hassle-free stay: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer, etc.



The flat is located on the 1st floor without elevator. Stair access only.



Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television



All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!



A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

The Neighborhood:

Located heart of the capital, the districts of the Marais and Montorgueil allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants. Many museums are nearby.



You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh produce every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, futures, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters.



## Transportation



The street in which the apartment is located is semi-pedestrian.

The metro line 3 - station Sentier is just 200 meters away.

At 8 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.

Uber, taxi and bus are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.



In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅



Interaction with Guests:

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
