The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. It is a 5 story walk up with no elevator but we made out fine. It was an amazing location. Easy to walk to everything.

Great location, easy access to Metro and Big Red Bus office. Fun shopping nearby. Lots of restaurant options. Keep in mind, no elevator. We had no issue but probably not best for those with issues climbing stairs. Comfortable bed. Shower/toilet combo but large enough to not be a problem. Great option!

The best part of this apartment is that it is in a fabulous location! It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. If you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, the stairs may be a challenge as it is on the 4th floor. But otherwise it is a great place to stay in Paris!

Flat is very nice and in a perfect location. Serious downside was we had zero WiFi during our 4 day stay. Had to go to cafes just to conduct business. Ate out each night just so we could use our phones/computer. Note also that this is on the 4th floor (76 steps up) so not ok for those with mobility issues.

Relaxing Vibe

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable at this apartment. One thing to know is that the toilet and shower are located at the front of the unit away from the bedroom. There is no enclosure around the shower so be prepared for everything to get wet when using the shower. Layouts in old buildings are always a little tricky in Europe.

Terrific location. Smooth check-in process. Excellent communication with owner. Note: property is located on upper floor, no lift/elevator. Be prepared for stairs (not an issue for us). Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location — close to so much!

The apartment is nicely appointed, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. We were able to walk to most of our planned excursions — so many cafes and restaurants! Lots of shopping close by
Metro close and HOHO bus also easy to use! The Louvre is around the corner!The only difficulty we had was with the lack of an elevator, on the 4th floor — 76 steps up and down — would not be an appropriate place to stay for anyone who has any walking/mobility or fitness/cardiac issues — we planned our time out so we could minimize the need to go up the steps.

Amazing neighborhood property

Perfect place to stay!

Great location, the apartment is warm and cosy and beautifully decorated, just like in the photos. Lots of great places to eat nearby, favourite one being Angelina tea house only around the corner. Veronica was fantastic in her communication and assistance. Hope to return some day :)

Fantastic place

We loved our stay here over Christmas. The location can’t be beat. We were close to everything we wanted to visit and there’s a metro station across the street. Just as a heads up, the person checking us in did not live there but ten minutes away, which I didn’t know, so the precision of the check in time mattered. Our flight was delayed, and I didn’t have a way to communicate in the air or right when we landed, so I think there was some frustration that they had to wait on us for about an hour. Otherwise, the place was clean and the full kitchen was great for keeping food since a lot of things were closed on Christmas Day. This is a really amazing flat!!!

Home away from home

This lovely flat welcomes me to Paris with the feeling of comfort and convenience. It is ideally located and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. I prefer it to most hotels and have stayed here several times. It is quiet, chic, well layed out, and fully equipped. If you are not fully mobile, the stairs may be a problem for you, but for me it is a nice form of exercise with old world Parisian charm. The host is a great communicator, who responds very quickly.

Great flat in the heart of the Louvre district

We really enjoyed our stay in this apt. The location could not have been better, and it was very comfortable / clean. Even though it was starting to be fall weather, it was warm, the supplied fans and cooler really helped. Our hosts met us, just to give a quick orientation and then let us do what we were there to do, romp around Paris. Be aware there are a few flights of stairs to climb, but we were already getting 14K+ steps just around the city, so a few more vertical ones before could plop down and relax was no big deal. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank You!

Had a beautiful time in Paris, and staying at this apartment was a big part of that. Literally steps from the Tuileries Garden, a few minutes in any direction to all the best sites: the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, D'Orsay. The host of this apartment was gracious and accommodating, and has impeccable style. Such a comfortable, delightful place to spend a week in Paris. Clean, modern, up-to-date furnishing, beautiful shower and soaking bath, balconied windows to enjoy the morning breeze, fully stocked kitchen. It is a 4-story walk-up, like a lot of Paris apartments, but has a lovely winding wooden staircase that made even that a pleasure. I really have nothing negative to say: book it, you'll love it.

cute apartment in the heart of Paris

Everything was fine with the apartment - I knew it was on the 4th floor and no elevator as well as the toilet is in the shower area. My only complaint is that the air conditioner unit was useless, it didn't work well at all and it was very hot out so we just had to leave the windows open - but they meet us promptly upon arrival and were very nice. Veronica responded quickly to my texts and was helpful.

Parisian Gem

Thank you Veronica. Once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful apartment. I had my 2 teenage neices and we found the apartment very comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. The girls enjoyed the close proximity to everything... short walk to Angelina, meuseums, Restaurants, excellent shopping, l'Opera, Seine, Eiffel Tower, cooking school, the food markets, Christmas markets and so much more. We cooked some meals at home as the girls enjoyed relaxing at the apartment too. The sofa bed was very comfortable and big enough for 2 teenagers. The apartment feels like myHome away from Home for me and I am looking forward to visiting again in 2017. Thank you once again. Meet Christmas and a happy new year!

Host canceled the day before our stay

This was my worst experience with a VRBO. The host cancel the day before and we were already in France. We had to find a last minute hotel and paid over double what we would have paid. The host claimed that there was a water leak “emergency”, I highly doubt this really happened the day before. She didn’t tell me until right after I contacted her the day before.
