This villa is an elegant contemporary villa, located in one of the most sought-after communes in the south of the island, Les Trois-Îlets. Nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this luxury villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

With its unique charm, this delightful home features an interior where African, Amerindian, and Creole influences blend harmoniously. This vacation home includes a magnificent pool secured by an alarm. It benefits from an ideal location, about 5 minutes by car from the center of Les Trois-Îlets, where you will find various services such as a bakery, a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a gas station.

This superb vacation home offers indoor parking for 2 vehicles, with additional spaces available on the street below. It is protected by an electric gate. It is also possible to rent this villa in a 5-bedroom version (contact us if needed!).

When renting the two-bedroom format, only the ground floor is accessible, while the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied. On the ground floor, you will have access to two air-conditioned suites. The first suite has two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, and a view of the pool. The second suite includes a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, a television, a desk, and a dressing room. The living area is bright and fully open, with a living room equipped with a 65-inch television with the Canal Sat package and a kitchen opening directly onto the terrace with the pool. The transition between indoor and outdoor spaces is seamless! The kitchen is perfectly equipped for your culinary activities, with basic equipment, a wine cellar, a blender, and an ice machine.

The villa is located just 450 meters from the small Trois Îlets Village shopping center, where you will find around twenty shops and services such as a wine cellar, a cheesemonger, a bakery, a bar-tabac, and a butcher. The center of Les Trois-Îlets is about 900 meters from the villa, offering a market, pizzas at Gallo Rosso, and the possibility of taking the tropical shuttle boats to reach Pointe du Bout or Fort-de-France.

Several points of interest are located within a 10-minute drive from the villa. Among them, don't miss the Savane des Esclaves, a superb site combining botany and history, the Maison de la Canne, or the Forêt Vatable for picturesque hikes. The village of La Poterie, 7 minutes away by car, offers several restaurants, a karting circuit, souvenir shops, a soap factory, and a potter. It is also an excellent starting point for a kayak tour through the mangrove.

Finally, the villa is 9 minutes from Pointe du Bout, where you will find several white sand beaches, a casino, bars, restaurants, and numerous water activities such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, tubing, and diving. On the way to Pointe du Bout, you will pass a golf course and a ranch offering horseback rides through the woods. The surroundings of the villa are rich in varied activities!

At the airport exit, follow signs for SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight on.

After about 12km, take the TROIS-ILETS exit.

Continue straight ahead for 5.3km on the D7 (watch out for fixed speed cameras). At the first traffic circle, turn left.
Continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout, turn left again. You are now entering the Gallice 2 housing estate. The villa is at number 13.
