## Space

This ground-floor apartment consists of:

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine as well as a filter coffee maker, dishes and all necessary kitchen utensils). It opens onto the living/dining area with direct access to the outside and a small enclosed terrace.
One bedroom with a 140×200 double bed.
A second bedroom with a trundle bed: it can be used as a daybed or single bed, or with the additional mattress to create a 160×200 double bed.
(In the bedrooms, all essentials are provided: duvets, pillows, bed linen, and roller shutters.)
A bathroom with a bathtub, equipped with a washing machine and a heated towel rail (bath towels are provided).
A separate toilet.
A private parking space is available in the residence’s secure parking area.
Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool, open during the summer season.

## Transit

Limoges city center is approximately 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car.
If you wish to take the bus, walk to Rue du Petit Tour and the Place des Carmes stop, then choose the appropriate line depending on your destination.
