The space
🚧 Please note: the ground floor of the building is currently undergoing daytime construction as a part of a future gourmet center for the property. While work does not take place inside the condo, some days are very noisy. Construction takes place Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is no construction on Sundays or holidays. We appreciate your understanding as the building completes this exciting long-term improvement, which will enhance the overall experience once finished.

🔒 Security
This is a gated building with 24/7 onsite security officers and surveillance cameras. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood.

🔑 Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

📝Other things to note
- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.
- There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.
