Embrace urban living in this 2-bed, 2.5-bath condo in Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Old Town. The Malecon, beaches, restaurants, bars, art galleries, and daily conveniences are all within a short walk. Important Information:
Parking near the building can be limited. A paid parking lot is located about a 7-minute walk away. Free street parking may be available if you search. For longer distances, taxis and Ubers are practical and affordable. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, bars, shops, the Malecon, and cultural attractions in any direction.
Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 40 kW. Any additional consumption may incur a charge at checkout. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, please switch off the air conditioning whenever you leave the unit.
If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, an additional cleaning service is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Contact the host in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you.
Please note that Puerto Vallarta’s summer season (July–September) typically brings heavier rainfall and increased insect activity. This is a normal part of the tropical climate and something to consider when planning your stay.
NOTICE
Bliss 450 is a small condominium complex consisting of 12 privately owned residential units. The majority of these units are not primarily vacation rentals. The proper maintenance of this situation necessarily requires that several rules be implemented. These are as follows:
1. All individuals at Bliss 450 are expected to behave in a safe, civilized, and respectful manner at all times while staying here. It is absolutely expected that everyone will be a good neighbour to the others also residing within the building.
2. Absolutely no illegal activity is tolerated at Bliss 450. Illegal activity includes, but is not limited to: verbal or physical abuse of any other individual; illegal sexual behavior; or recklessly or wilfully damaging the property belonging to the owners of Bliss 450 or any other individual within the building.
3. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted at any time at Bliss 450.
4. Quiet hours at Bliss 450 are in effect daily between 11 pm CST and 8 am CST the following morning. During this time, the noise/music level within every area of the building will be such that it will minimally disrupt the activities of others also residing within the building. More specifically, that any noise/music created or caused by any individual(s) within Bliss 450 must be of a volume that only those individuals responsible for creating or causing the noise/music are likely to hear.
5. Absolutely no smoking in any common area of Bliss 450. Smoking within a rental unit is at the discretion of the unit's owner or his/her representative.
6. Only adult members of the rental party are permitted unsupervised access to the common areas of Bliss 450. Rental party is defined as all individuals documented with the rental unit's owner or his/her representative during the creation of the rental agreement. Supervision consists of the ongoing presence of at least one adult member of the rental party with any young person (defined as anyone under the age of the 18 years of age) and/or any visitor (defined as any individual who has been granted temporary and supervised access to Bliss 450 by an adult member of the rental party) within the common areas of the building.
7. A rental party generally consists of a maximum of four (4) documented individuals based upon two (2) persons occupying each bedroom within a rental unit. If the rental unit has a pull-out couch, then this maximum number could increase to six (6) documented individuals within the unit. Any variance in these numbers must be approved in writing by the owner of the rental unit or his/her representative in advance of the start of the rental term.
8. The rental party is permitted to have a maximum of two (2) visitors at a time during their stay in the rental unit. These visitors are not permitted to be in the common areas of Bliss 450 after 11 pm CST except:
i. to immediately enter a rental unit (under the control of an adult member of the rental party) after entering the building under the supervision of an adult member of the rental party; and
ii. to exit a rental unit (under the control of an adult member of the rental party) and immediately leave the building under the supervision of an adult member of the rental party.
9. Adult members of the rental party are wholly responsible for the actions and safety of themselves and any/all individuals they are required to supervise while at Bliss 450.
10. Adult members of the rental party are responsible for ensuring that any entry/exit door is securely locked after being used by the rental party and/or any of their visitors.
11. All garbage generated at Bliss 450 must be appropriately disposed of daily (or more often if it is deemed reasonably necessary, depending on the nature of the garbage) by the individual(s) who create it. In the alternative, an adult member of the rental party is ultimately responsible for the proper disposal of any garbage generated by the rental party or any visitor. There is no daily maintenance staff within the building, and all garbage must be taken outside of the building and deposited between the hours of 3 pm CST and 6 pm CST daily at the corner of C. Juarez and C. Mina.
12. Absolutely no hazardous materials are to be brought into Bliss 450 by any member of the rental party or any of their visitors. Hazardous materials are defined as any materials, whether solid, liquid, or gas, that are explosive or flammable in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, fireworks, gasoline, propane, etc.
13. No subletting of a rental unit by the rental party is permitted.
14. Spilled food and/or beverages in the common areas of Bliss 450 must be immediately and appropriately cleaned up by the individual(s) who created it. In the alternative, an adult member of the rental party is ultimately responsible for said cleanup.
15. Remnants of food and/or beverages (including the containers they came in) must be removed from the common area where they were consumed and/or deposited. This is the responsibility of the individual(s) who created the garbage. In the alternative, an adult member of the rental party is ultimately responsible for said cleanup.
16. No glass items, such as drinking glasses, cups, or bottles, etc., are permitted in the common areas of the building. This is especially important in the pool deck area. Beverage and/or food containers must be of a non-breakable variety.
17. Individuals using the pool and/or hot tub must provide a towel to cover any lounge chair they are using.
18. Individuals using the pool and/or hot tub must towel off before leaving the pool deck area. The floors in the common areas of Bliss 450 can be slippery, and any water present on them could create a slip hazard for others within the building.
19. Absolutely no diving into the pool.
20. No horseplay is permitted anywhere at Bliss 450.
21. Violations of this code of conduct may result in one of the following:
i. Complete or partial forfeiture of any damage deposit paid to the owner or his/her representative; or
ii. Immediate termination of the rental agreement and the forfeiture of any remaining monies paid in relation to the rental, including the forfeiture of any damage deposit paid to the owner or his/her representative. This necessarily requires the immediate removal of every member of the rental party and any visitors that may be present within Bliss 450.
