Great location right on the bay and a very short walk to Mission beach. Tons of restaurants in walking distance and less than 1/2 hr from anything you would want to do in SD. Nice having own garage and the beach chairs were useful. Great views from windows and nice outdoor space with grill/fire pit.

Perfect location, especially with young kids. Walked to Belmont park, restaurants, and beach. We loved being right on the bay and how close the water was. House was very nice, clean, and the patio was incredible for hanging out all day and watching the sea world drone show each night. We also rented a boat from the Bahia and it was perfect to walk right there and hop on. The house also had tons of beach chairs, boogey boards, and sand toys. Overall, couldn’t ask for anything more!

Great location. Comfy beds and great amenities. There are tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Parking was tight, but two smaller cars fit in the tandem garage. Overall, perfect spot for the family trip!

Good location

Good location and easy to get to Lego Land and Seaworld. Ocean beach is only a block away with many places to stop and eat within walking distance. The patio faces south so the morning sun was nice while having coffee!

Wonderful stay on the bay

Perfect spot for a three generation family stay. Right on the bay, close to everything and the house is fantastic. Nightly gatherings around the fire pit. Walks along the bay and only a block and a half to the ocean. And a garage that will take a car or two. Already making plans for next time.

Amazing location

I highly recommend this property! The location is perfect with the bay just a few steps away. The kitchen was well stocked and the barbecue clean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture family friendly. I would rent this property again.

2025 Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time at Jamaica Sands. The location cannot be beat! You're walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, markets, coffee, water activity, and have the beautiful bay to look out at each morning with a cup of coffee. Our kiddos could cross the boardwalk and play in the grass and beach sand. We absolutely love this property and look forward to another family vacation next year!

Beautiful Home!

We live in Ramona, and wanted a staycation with the grandkids. This was the Perfect place! Very spacious, modern and fantastic location! Close to Belmont Park, bay in your front yard, and short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Best Location!

We had such an amazing stay in this home. Previously, we have always stayed on the ocean side of Mission Beach, but absolutely loved the Bay side and definitely prefer it from here on out! Customer service was great and house was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend!

Great family friendly spot!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Just steps to the sand on the bay side of Mission Beach and a very short walk to the ocean side and Belmont Park. House was comfortable even thought the living space inside is on the smaller size. We utilized the outdoor patio and fire pit in the evenings. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!
