The flat is ideally located in Les Contamines-Montjoie, at the foot of Mont Blanc, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Winter sports: skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, skating, curling, etc.
- In summer: access to mountain pastures, mountain lakes and trails via cable cars, hiking, pedal boats, mountain biking, etc.
- Visit the village of Les Contamines-Montjoie
- Taste the local gastronomy
