Located on the 2nd and top floor of the Oxalis residence with lift access, L'Oxalis 101 offers optimal comfort for up to 6 guests (maximum 8). This beautiful apartment combines the warm charm of a mountain chalet with the modern conveniences of a newly built residence, offering a prime location directly on the slopes, in the heart of Praz de Lys. Just steps from restaurants, shops, a mini-market, and local entertainment, its location and facilities make it the perfect choice for a family getaway.
Apartment Layout:
A bright living area of approximately 32 m² with a fully equipped modern kitchen including an oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher... The open-plan kitchen flows into a lounge/dining area with a sofa bed, TV, and ADSL WiFi, leading out onto an 8 m² north-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the village and surrounding mountains.
A double bedroom with built-in storage (wardrobes) and a TV.
A cabin of approximately 10 m² featuring 2 bunk beds: one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed.
Bathroom:
An independent shower room with a washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet.
Additional features: Ski locker.

Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
