The apartment was perfect for our family trip to Venice. It is very close to the ferry, train, bus and many shops. We had plenty of room to spread out during downtime. Having access to a washer was also a huge bonus.

Great Accommodations!

This apartment was in a great location that was close to everything and it was very clean and spacious. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We loved staying here. The location is convenient to transportation options and it was so nice to spend some time in a local neighborhood. The pastry shop downstairs was amazing for breakfast every morning. The check in/out process was so easy and the hosts were very communicative and available if needed. The area can be a little loud because it’s a busy street but some white noise easily drowned it out. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive. Property was walkable with in 5 mins of the train station. Unit is clean and well managed. Beds were not comfortable. I am sure host can take care of it. Kitchen was great, bathroom was neat. Bedrooms were spacious and living room was large. Overall our stay was excellent. It’s super close to the street advantage is easy accessibility to many places, how ever if you are super sensitive to noises from street you might have some issues. We had few minor issues and host was gracious enough to address it right away. I highly recommend the stay here.

We loved the location of the apartment. A few minutes from the train station, walking distance to everything. I loved that it was on a main street but was surprised on how little noise we heard. The apartment was large. Everything was great except the beds were small - all twin size beds. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

great experience

We stayed in this apartment for couple days in April 2023, we were greeted by a host who showed us around and gave us keys. Apartment was clean, had a hair dryer, coffee machine and even some coffee we could use, as well as salt, pepper, cooking oil. Location is great since you don't have to carry your luggage too far from the train station. Would recommend it to anyone

Great AC with Venice heat and humidity

Lots of room for 4-5 people and in perfect location for arriving by train and picking up the car taxi at Piazzale Roma to the airport. Great to have ACs in the 2 main bedrooms and living room. If someone sleeps in the small room with the twin, just have them leave their door open to get cool air. Good communication by owner.

Pleasant apartment in a convenient neighborhood

The apartment is a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station and is therefore very convenient if you have somewhat heavy luggage that would be difficult to haul on the vaporetto, for example. The apartment is on the first floor (European) or second floor (American), and there is no elevator. It is not the most atmospheric neighborhood in Venice, as my friends had pointed out, but I found it very convenient, as the vaporetto stop is next to the train station, and there is a good supermarket close to the apartment. Pasticceria Dal Maas next door is one of the best patisseries in Venice and has good pastries. They also have a second shop that specializes in chocolate (I can't comment as I didn't go inside). There are many restaurants within walking distance. I especially liked the Orient Experience, which has a pan Middle Eastern menu. The apartment is well suited for a couple or a family with children because of the extra bedrooms. Because of the foot traffic on the road to the train station, the bedrooms are not particularly quiet at night, but I didn't find that too intrusive, once both sets of windows where closed. Check-in is contactless and is very clear. (I prefer a personal check-in where someone meets you in the apartment and answers any questions.) They are very responsive on WhatsApp to any questions. Be sure to research the Venice Access Fee in advance, so you can have that taken care of beforehand.

Siamo un team "famigliare" che gestisce una decina di appartamenti ad uso turistico. Abbiamo iniziato nel 2016 con una struttura di famiglia e negli anni ci siamo piano piano ingranditi. Siamo sempre disponibili per i nostri clienti ma non viviamo nei siti dove si trovano gli appartamenti. Viviamo comunque nel centro storico di Venezia e quindi riusciamo a raggiungere le varie strutture, per eventuali emergenze, normalmente in circa un'ora. Siamo sempre disponibili per comunicazioni via wahtsup, sms, mail o telefonate. La via comunicativa che preferiamo è quella tramite whatsup che ci permette di comunicare con calma, condividendo immagini o eventuali link, anche quando siamo impegnati nei nostri lavori principali.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

L’appartamento è molto luminoso, spazioso e confortevole. E’ ideale per una bella e rilassante vacanza a Venezia. Si trova infatti a Cannaregio, un carino, sicuro ed animato sestiere di Venezia dove potete trovare tutto ciò che serve per il vostro soggiorno in città. Il supermercato è molto vicino all’appartamento così potete facilmente acquistare tutto quello che vi serve. Anche alimentari, cantina vini, ristoranti, osterie e negozi sono molto vicini. La fermata del vaporetto è a due passi dall’appartamento così da poter velocemente raggiungere le zone più lontane della città. Ma non dimenticate di camminare in quanto è il modo migliore per visitare la nostra città. Palazzi, chiese, canali e pittoreschi campi sono in attesa di essere scoperti da voi!!
