Relax Off 5th is a 1 Bedroom beach rental condo in the heart of Old Naples, Florida, and checks all of the boxes!

The 2nd floor end unit condo is filled with great natural light and is located in a charming "Old Florida" building surrounded by multi-million dollar estates with a heated pool in the courtyard. It's perfectly situated a 1/2 block off famous 5th Avenue South lined with restaurants and shops and 4 short blocks to the beach. A vehicle is truly optional when visiting Relax Off 5th and is a ~30 minute Uber / Lyft ride from Fort Myers Airport (RSW). If you do have a vehicle, Relax Off 5th comes with a dedicated and deeded parking spot.

Relax Off 5th has been completely renovated with on trend updates which include white quartz countertops, all new appliances, fresh paint, new furniture, premium mattress, new faucets, new ceiling fans, Nespresso coffee maker (with complimentary coffee!), etc. The condo has an in unit washer / dryer and has a wifi enabled keypad to ensure simple contactless entry.

The condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach cart & umbrella, mini beach table, cooler, etc. Relax Off 5th is also surrounded by some of the nicest public golf courses in the state of Florida. Prefer to stay in and cook? Relax Off 5th has you covered and comes with a completely stocked kitchen for everything you need for a relaxing night in. The unit is equipped with high speed wifi and has a dedicated work space and desk in the unit; the wifi also easily reaches the courtyard if you'd prefer to work or simply surf the internet poolside.

Though this VRBO listing is new, my wife and I have enjoyed hosting guests for years in multiple properties. You will be dealing with us directly and we pride ourselves on being extremely responsive and providing the very best guest experience that we possibly can!

Perfect location for downtown Naples. Communication with the owner was very speedy. Check in was a breeze and amenities within in the unit for the beach were top tier. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic Anniversary Vacay Stay

Perfect location! We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We even walked over to Tin City to pick up my favorite banana wine! The place was super clean and had plenty of coffee, towels and TP. We would definitely recommend!

Great stay steps from 5th Avenue

Great location near 5th ave yet quiet. Well stocked. Comfortable. Loved the small pool-they kept it at a very comfortable 83 degrees. Would stay here again.

Fantastic VRBO

Had a fantastic stay. Great location. Half a block from 5th Ave, endless numer of restaurants within a half mile and only a ten minute walk to the beach. Includes all the amenities you need. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful property, location and hospitality!

Andrew was very responsive, professional, and had everything taken care for us making our experience seamless from reservation to checkout. This was truly paradise. The rental had every amenity you could wish for. Steps away from 5th Ave and so close to the beach. The accommodation was quite spacious for a one bedroom, beautifully decorated, and very bright and airy. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Great location and amenities

We stayed as a family of 3 in this condo. This is one of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed at - cleaning supplies, soap, cooking utensils laundry detergent - it had it all! High quality chairs and umbrella made trips to the beach enjoyable. We did drive to the beach but parking was always available. Walked to restaurants and gelato every day. We were the only ones in the complex except for 1-2 couples so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We will be back!!

Perfect location! Model-perfect condition!!

My wife and I celebrated a weeklong getaway and thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous villa. Nicely updated, tastefully decorated, super-comfortable bed and furniture and so well equipped. The location is perfect, steps to the fabulous 5th Avenue dining and shops and just a few short blocks to the beach, an easy walk with the supplied beach caddy, chairs and umbrella. These great hosts thought of everything!! Super-nice residents and guests made our stay extra special. As avid coffee drinkers, we were apprehensive about the Nespresso machine but Wow!!, did we end up loving it. A true 5-star experience. We'll be back!!!

Relax on 5th

This new to VRBO unit was what we were looking for....an easy, 10 minute walk to the beach. The shops and restaurants on 5th Ave only 1 minute walk, with 3rd St less than a mile away. Grocery store a 5 min drive. I would recommend this property to others.

I grew up in Southeast, FL and enjoyed spending weekends in Naples, Florida with my family where my father purchased a "golf pad" back in the early '80's. I absolutely fell in love with Naples growing up and its small beach town charm while still offering endless things to do and amazing places to eat & drink! My wife and I purchased this condo as a second home and travel to Naples as much we we can!!! We truly enjoying sharing our slice of paradise, hosting guests, and meeting great people from all around the country (and world)!

The condo is walking distance to one of the best beaches in the country, a few steps to the best restaurants, bars, and shops in Naples. There is a heated pool outside your front door. The condo has been completely updated and has a dedicated workspace with high speed wifi. Complimentary Nespresso coffee is provided. The unit also has an in unit washer / dryer and a pull out queen bed in living room!
