Dieses Haus ist komfortabel und in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Es verfügt über Qualitätsmerkmale wie Granitoberflächen und Fliesenböden und wurde im Juni 2019 renoviert. Direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine private, angelegte Terrasse mit Blick auf einen kleinen See. Im Inneren genießen Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit. Dies ist eine Erdgeschosswohnung in einem kleinen, sechsstöckigen, wunderschön gestalteten Gebäude. Das Hotel liegt sechs Häuserblocks vom Strand und nur drei Blocks von der angesagten 5th Ave South entfernt. Restaurants in der 3rd Street und der wöchentliche Farmers Market befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Cambier Park mit Tennis- und Basketballplätzen sowie wöchentlichen Musikkonzerten liegt buchstäblich um die Ecke. Das Gulfshore Playhouse liegt 1,6 km von der Haustür entfernt. Auch Crayton Cove und City Dock sind nur ein paar Blocks entfernt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für die Gäste, aber Sie können auch so viel von Neapel von diesem Ort aus ohne Auto genießen! Wonderful condo only blocks from the beach and 5th Ave. The hosts have thought of everything, very well equipped and the condo was very clean. This was our third stay and just as enjoyable as the previous ones. The Condo is immaculate and very well equipped. Lovely patio outside for relaxing, sunbathing or having a barbecue. It is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. We loved watching the wildlife on the lake beyond the patio. Patti and Bruce are very friendly, helpful people. We had a wonderful stay at Little Gem. The location was perfect-a short walk to the beach and other attractions Naples has to offer. The home was sparkling clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Patty was very communicative and responsive to our questions and left us messages regarding events happening in the area. We could walk everywhere and got along without a car for most the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place for our visit to Naples

Our stay in this clean, cute, and comfortable condo couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed (and more) was provided. The location is ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Immaculate Condo

This was our second stay at this immaculate Condo and just as enjoyable as the first. It has all the amenities needed for a good stay. The shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue are less then a 10 minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the patio area, which was ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and watching the wildlife on the nearby pond. Patti and Bruce are great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Long awaited holiday in Naples

We had a very enjoyable week at this immaculate property. The owner was very friendly and helpful and had provided everything you could need for your stay. The patio was excellent for relaxing, sunbathing and having a barbeque. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond nearby. Would definitely recommend this property.

Truly a Gem

Patti and Bruce greeted us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour. They were wonderful and respected our privacy while answering all of our questions. They had a list of great places to eat and also activities. We truly enjoyed every moment.

Complete perfection

Patti is a perfect host and thinks of everything! The property is immaculate, the sitting areas so relaxing and the extras like beach bikes are awesome. Location is also fantastic! The stroll to the beach, dining and shopping is so easy. Patti checked in with us to make sure everything was good and offered fun options like the little market on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this stay!

A perfect, sweet property

Everything about this place was better than expected. It was charming, clean and very well thought out in terms of what anybody might want while they were there. I would highly recommend it to anyone… Also a plus is the sweet little lake next to it, where you can sit in a lawn chair and look at the turtles, ducks, herons and other wildlife. Amazing!

We stopped in Naples for dinner while traveling throughout Florida to visit family and friends in 2015, and we were instantly impacted by it's beauty and friendly people. This motivated us to explore Naples some more- both of us loved the town so much, that we purchased properties here that same year. In June 2018, we moved full-time to Naples from NJ, where we both grew up and raised our triplets. We're happy to be living here in one of the most beautiful towns in the country! We've been renting vacation properties for over 9 years now, and we love what we do!

In addition to it being a clean, comfortable home in an excellent location, our home was completely renovated in January 2023. It's 6 easy blocks to the beach and just 3 blocks from dining and shopping on trendy 5th Ave South, with 3rd Street South restaurants and weekly Farmers Market also nearby. Cambier Park, with tennis courts, basketball courts, and weekly musical concerts, is literally around the corner. Gulfshore Playhouse is 1/10 mile from the front door. Also, Crayton Cove and Naples City Dock are just a few blocks away!

Guests are able to live without a car if they'd like to during their stay at our place. We're just a few minutes' walk to the beach, numerous restaurants, the park, and a short bike ride or nice walk to Wynn's Market for groceries. In addition to this home being recently updated, we especially love the private patio, which is unusual for an Old Naples condo and a lovely feature of this home!
