It consists of a first bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 190, and a second bedroom equipped with a trundle bed (two single beds 90 x 190). The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals, while the functional shower room and the dining area with table and chairs add to the comfort of your stay. The cozy living room, with a convertible sofa, is perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Don’t miss the private roof terrace, offering stunning views and direct access to the living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony where you can take in the fresh air.

You will particularly appreciate the brightness of the apartment and its breathtaking view.

## Emplacement
Situated 200 km from Paris on the Côte Fleurie, Trouville offers a picturesque fishing port, a charming seaside resort and a rich architectural heritage. Trouville has had the good fortune to have been discovered by artists. It was in 1825 that landscape painter Charles Mozin fell in love with the resort. On his return to Paris, he constantly extolled its charms, exhibiting his canvases in Parisian salons and arousing the curiosity of other artists, painters and writers, before quickly arousing the interest of Parisian high society.
