Enjoy an unobstructed view in this very bright apartment located on the 7th floor with elevator.

It includes a first bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 200, and a second bedroom with a double bed size 140 x 190. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, a dining area with a table and chairs, a comfortable living room to relax after a day of strolling, and a furnished balcony perfect for enjoying the view. A desk is also available in one of the bedrooms, ideal for working in peace.

You will particularly appreciate the calm and brightness of this space.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including Wifi, TV, dishwasher, heating, washing machine, microwave, oven and iron.

Sheets and towels are provided.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location, with bus stops at the foot of the building to easily access the center of Cannes. All amenities, such as supermarket, pharmacy and bakery, are within walking distance. The beaches are only 10 minutes walk. By car, you will be 10 minutes from Mandelieu, 15 minutes from Théoule, 20 minutes from Antibes, and 35 minutes from Nice.
