Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify several points for future guests reading this review. We had agreed to try to accommodate an early arrival at no additional charge. Unfortunately, our cleaning company did not complete the scheduled cleaning as early as expected, so the home was not available at 10:00 AM. The guests were able to access the property later that afternoon, prior to the normal check-in time. After receiving the concerns, I personally inspected the home. I did find a couple of dead cockroaches in closets, which should have been caught by the cleaning crew. Tucson is a desert environment where pests can occasionally appear despite routine pest-control treatments, but we still expect our cleaners to remove them. I also found one mattress with an older, professionally cleaned stain. All mattresses have protective covers, and I found no dirty sheets or bedding. Trash bags were also stocked in a box in the kitchen closet. I acknowledged from the beginning that the cleaning company had dropped the ball and that some items should have been handled better. What was concerning to me was the subsequent request for a $210 reimbursement for a hotel room associated with the missed complimentary early check-in, along with discussion of receiving a favorable review. We take legitimate guest concerns seriously and will always correct issues that are brought to our attention. At the same time, we believe reviews and reimbursement requests should remain separat
