On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a games room equipped with a large sofa bed and a large television, creating a convivial space dedicated to relaxation. There are also two suites with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a functional laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge-freezer. A separate toilet completes this level.

The first floor is bathed in natural light thanks to a large living room with lounge and open-plan kitchen, complete with a fireplace and piano. This level opens onto two terraces, one furnished for dining with a barbecue and the other as a relaxation area. There is also a third suite with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, the villa offers two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed), perfect for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with WC and a study complete this top floor, offering a quiet and functional space for work or leisure.
