As you step inside, you will discover a spacious, light-filled living area featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Designed as the heart of the apartment, this inviting space opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking panoramic views over the valley, the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or simply admire the stunning Alpine scenery.

The sleeping area includes a spacious bedroom, while the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodation without compromising the comfort of the living space during the day. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, particularly convenient for families or longer stays, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort.

Its prime location allows you to reach the ski lifts, ESF ski school meeting points, shops, restaurants and all the resort's activities within just a few minutes on foot, making it easy to enjoy your holiday without needing to use your car.

Bed linen and towels are included, and the beds will be made up before your arrival to ensure a comfortable welcome from the moment you arrive. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, allowing you to make the most of your holiday until the very last moment. We simply ask that you leave the kitchen clean and tidy, wash and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, and leave the balcony in good condition.

For your peace of mind, a security deposit will be required upon arrival in the form of a bank card pre-authorisation. This authorisation will be automatically released after your departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment, in accordance with our obligations as licensed real estate professionals.
