Cocoonr offers this charming 140 m² house for rent in Plévenon, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1 hectare. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Bathroom with bath
- Two separate WCs

First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- One hectare of private, unenclosed garden, south-west facing
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Plévenon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
