Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 2-901! This stunning 3BR, 2BA GULF FRONT corner unit that offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. You will love the large bay windows off the dining room space between the living room and kitchen offering sunlight and a spacious feeling. Relax in the master bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and a gorgeous en suite with walk in shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private balcony, the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests! There is also a guest bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo. Your chef will love the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and extra counter space at the dry bar. The lovely eating area with seating for 6 guests and spacious living room with large flat screen tv that displays amazing views of the Gulf! The extra roomy balcony has plenty of space to relax for all 8 guests at the end of a long beach day! For added convenience a washer and dryer is available within the condo and a designated parking spot close to the elevators. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Fantastic Location!

Our family had a fantastic time during our 4 day stay in Panama City Beach. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was just as shown in the pictures - stunning!

Nice. Convenient location. Great waterfront view.

Locked excactly as advertised. Everything in good working order. Gym and Amenities facilities are not available. Pools are nice sized. Some surfaces in master bath could have been wiped cleaner. But we bought supplies to sanitize / clean. Great Views. Pier within walking distance. Many nearby places to eat and drink. Decent sized local amusement park nearby; not Disney but kids were happy with it. Walmart within walking distance. TVs kind of difficult to figure out.

Dirty

The check in was easy, the property was in a good location, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. But the unit itself was very dirty. Floors had dirt, wrappers, food in many areas. One of the toilets was so dirty I had to clean it before I let me kids in. The master bedroom sheets were never washed, we found dirt, hair, and clothing tags in the covers when we went to get in to bed. I reached out to the management company and they asked for pictures. Once I said I did not take any, they never responded to me again. Wouldn't stay in this unit, or other units managed by this company again.

Very Spacious

The condo was beautiful and had so much room for our family of 7. The bunk room is actually bigger than it looks in the picture. The entire check in to checkout was easy. Most difficult thing was the parking garage it just because I didn’t receive the email or it went to spam for the vehicle/parking, so had to call guest services before we could enter the parking garage to get the email resent to put our information for the vehicle in. Nice that was done the rest was easy. The only thing I would recommend for this condo is to add some towel hooks in the master bathroom closer to the shower and inside the master shower add a shower caddy, some shower command hooks, and a small shower bench. The master shower is very large but only one small built in cubby that fit one bottle of soap, the rest of our shampoos/conditioners/face wash, razor, rags, ect. we had to sit on the shower floor. I also shave in the shower instead of filling an entire bath (which is why I recommended a small bench) so I had to sit on the shower floor to shave. The sunset views were perfect from the front balcony and you really didn’t hear much outside noise from Front Beach Rd. Would definitely stay here again.

Many MANY things not in working condition and property management did not care.

Dishwasher doesn’t work Dryer doesn’t work There weren’t any linens for the pullout bed No remote for the queen bedroom tv The listing said a crib was provided and it wasn’t so I had to pay $120 for a pack n play and was only reimbursed $100 via gift card and management told me “that’s all you are getting “. We had to hang ALL of our clothes on the balcony and around the condo to dry them since the dryer didn’t work; which took forever and made the clothes stiff and wrinkled. Had to wash dishes by hand after every meal. So for 1/2 an hour 3 times a day every day, I was standing over a sink on “vacation “. I don’t even have to do that at home. Wasn’t able to sanitize my baby’s bottles bc the dishwasher didn’t work Management made us feel like they could care less about us bc Property management just stopped communicating all together . All day every day there was profanity written in huge letters on the beach and pictures of male body parts made in seaweed left on the beach. This was an every day occurrence. We will never ever stay at a property managaged by PureJoy ever again

Julie, We appreciate the feedback regarding your stay. We apologize for a crib not being provided and we hoped that the gift card would ease that frustration. We have corrected our marketing error on that listing. Our records indicate that our staff was pleasant and professional and attended to your issues in a timely fashion. An inspector was sent out with fresh linens for the sleeper sofa and helped with the TV and the dryer, which worked just fine. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do about the dishwasher because we were waiting on parts to fix it which we explained to you. We hope everything else about your stay was great.

Beautiful condo BUT…

We stayed for a week. Condo was as beautiful as the pictures, we were oohing and ahhing when we walked in BUT looks are very deceiving! The master shower was dirty, hair and black feet print 🤮. The dishwasher didn’t work. The stairs on the bunk bed were broken. The cable box in the guest room needs to be moved, it is attached to the wall, down beside the outlet. We had to move the dresser in order to turn it on and change the channel. I called Real Joy and they had someone over within an hour to clean the shower and fix the bunk bed stairs. They couldn’t move the cable box, said the owner would have to do that. When I asked about the dishwasher, the guy said they didn’t mention it to him when they called him to come over. He called the office and was told that they were installing a new dishwasher soon. Why weren’t we told that? I don’t go on vacation to stand over a sink washing dishes every day! Parking was a nightmare! Parking deck is across the street, so it’s a long walk. It’s also so narrow that it would be easy to crash into another vehicle as you’re driving up and down. It gave me anxiety. I know there’s nothing they can do about that now but whoever designed it got the width WAY off. If it was a one way or if everyone drove a Mini Cooper or motorcycle, you’d fit perfectly. We won’t be staying at Majestic Towers again.

Better than the Listing!

We stayed from Christmas through New Year's and this property was everything we expected and then some. I stayed with my husband and two sons (ages 17 & 18). The unit was spacious, (mostly) clean, and had all of the amenities we would need (dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, bedding, pillows). There was ample storage for all of our belongings, the furniture was comfortable and the decor was perfectly relaxing. There were a few cleanliness items that could have been better addressed, such as, the mattress liner in the queen bedroom was badly stained - we removed it upon arrival, while the floors appeared clean the black on the bottoms of your feet would tell otherwise, the filter on the ice/water dispenser showed that it needed to be changed, and there was a ton of dust under all of the furniture (beds, dressers, etc.). The laundry dryer was inoperable upon our arrival and was giving us an error code. After searching online for the meaning of the error code it was discovered that the vent was at least 90% blocked which caused the machine to shut down. I called the property management company (Vacasa) and within a few hours a maintenance worker was at our unit to fix it. While the listing stated that the property included a public grill as well as a steam room, those were nowhere to be found. However, it did have two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, and three hot tubs - all of which looked out at the ocean. (Note: the largest of the three hot tubs was not working properly, the water was not hot and the jets would not turn on.) Overall, this property is beautifully maintained, well decorated, and in a great location. I highly recommend this unit.

Majestic-Fantastic location

Can’t beat the location- right on the beach-which was my personal top priority. Convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. The unit was well kept, tidy, up-to-date decor, and had the perfect amount of room for our family of 6 (I have two young children who love to sleep on couches/pull-out couches, so that worked well for us.) The reason for the 4 star is two-fold: A) I’m a stickler for comfort on my feet. There were no rugs, bath mats, or runners. I understand wanting to preserve your things, but imagine getting out of the shower with wet feet or coming in from the beach (as much as you try to get rid of sand and water before you come back inside, there is still some that gets tracked in, especially when you have multiple kids) and there is nothing to catch it. Get some $5 Walmart rugs to put down so you’re not walking back and forth on hard wet sandy floor, and B) we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for the entire week, 2 trash bags for the entire week, and one roll of paper towels. We found this to be way under stocked and ended up having to use plastic Walmart bags for our trash for the last 3 days. With this said, I still give this 4 stars because of the quality of the unit and the location. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic time !

The fireworks in Panama City Beach are really good. This room was spacious and well appointed with updated amenities. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Condo

When we walked in this condo, it was super clean and the decor was great. The only reason this is getting a 4 star and not 5 because the elector situation is horrendous. Overall we loved the condo.

Very clean, simply and comfortable furnishings. Excellent location. A note to maintenance: the bunk beds ladder left metal portion is detached and could be a safety issue for a person/child sleeping on the upper bunk.

Well equiped condo, i wpuld stay here again.. there are a couple of suggestions . I would suggest an inside lock so small kids just cant open the door and some type of shelving in the master shower. There was no place for items or wash cloths.

Beautiful Getaway!!!

I loved the location beachfront on the ocean, first time in Florida. I thought the condo was amazing and the building had an indoor and outdoor/indoor pool with hot tub. Downsides were the TVs in all the rooms but the livingroom didn't work right it was just static and couldn't access the cable, Netflix, nothing. Good thing we found other things to do besides watch TV. Also, the dryer had no lint trap in it and was full of sand that I had to remove, it took forever to dry our clothes because of this. Besides those things everything else was great we swam with dolphins, rode a helicopter, enjoyed the beach, took a pontoon to Seashell Island and there are so many other things to do. I think this was one of my favorite vacations and I recommend this condo and city in general.

Who's in charge of the cleaning?

The room itself was nice. The livingroom furniture needs some deep cleaning, very stained up. The area rug needs some TLC also.. The house keeper didn't vacuum the rug it seemed. There were fruit loops behind the sofa and under the coffee table. Some dead bugs beside the night stand in bed room #2. Our over all stay was great, just felt it wasn't cleaned well.

Loved enjoyed everything. I think it’s time for a new couch and the rug could be cleaned where the couches are but everything else was nice

Spring Break

Booking was very easy. Customer service was great to work with. The room was very nice. Room could have been cleaner. The disadvantage is only being allowed two cars for parking. Not very convenient for a group that needs to travel in more than two vehicles.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

Nice condo, very roomy with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large balcony, beautiful view of the beach. The master bedroom is quite roomy with an amazing superlarge bathroom suite with shower and garden tub. it has its own huge sliding door with a view to the ocean. Plenty of seating, sofa, love seat and a comfy easy chair for reading your favorite book. It deserves five stars but because there were 3 TV's and 6 remotes with NO instructions and a missing DVD I deducted one star. By the way when I mentioned to Vacasa that the DVD was missing, within 45 minutes a Vacasa rep came by with a new DVD. We would stay here again!!!!

Another great stay at 901 T2

This is our fifth time staying in this corner unit condo. We love it! The views are spectacular and the condo is fabulous. We hope to return next summer.
