You will love the rural but vibrant feel of Hurricane City with a short drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir where you can go boating year-round, or ATV on miles and miles of silky smooth red sand on the sand dunes surrounding the lake.

The custom home has it all! Private pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, ping pong gaming table, and poolside entertainment. You never have to leave! Plan a day of exploring at nearby Zion National Park, then return home for the ultimate evening of relaxation and games for all the kids. Be sure to plan time to also enjoy the resort pool and lazy river at the clubhouse where you will enjoy year-round splashing and poolside fire pits to lounge around watching the kids. If you love golf, plan a day on the course with buddies at nearby Sand Hollow Resort or the new Copper Rock in Hurricane. Poor customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we noticed that the house wasn't as cleaned as it should be. (2) I had text the management company regarding the jacuzzi not working properly. The jacuzzi was not heating up at all. It took management 3 days to send a technician to fix the problem. (3) There was no detergent to wash the towels, we had to go to the store and buy detergent. (4) I had text the management company requesting a propane tank to grill. Someone responded stating that someone would deliver a propane tank that same day, I never received the propane tank. (5) I asked to speak with a manager, never received a call. My co-workers asked me if they should stay there for their next family vacation, and I told them of all the issues that we experienced, and they decided to look elsewhere. I will continue to refer friends and family elsewhere unless your company makes it right. Thank you.

House was good, but maintenance was slow to respond...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The only issue was the pool and hot tub. First, the hot tub wouldn't heat, it was the same temperature as the pool. Second, the circuit breaker for the pool cover kept on tripping...called maintenance with no response for 24 hours, and I called the next day and didn't have them come until that night.

Overall very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was great. The pool and hot tub were not heating correctly and didn't have enough chlorine when we arrived but someone came out and fixed it and showed us how to heat both so the rest of the week it was perfect. There wasn't a broom but we just went and bought one. Overall a great place to stay.
