Recently renovated with taste, they retain all the authentic charm of Île de Ré with their exposed stone walls, beams, and natural wood elements.



Ideally located just 50 meters from shops and the market, and only 700 meters from the beaches, they are the perfect starting point to explore the island by bike and fully enjoy its unique atmosphere.



Designed to offer all the comfort without wasting space, the house can accommodate up to 8 people.

Here, everything is done on foot or by bike: you are just 50 meters from the market and the village center shops, and a few minutes from the wild beaches and the Lilleau des Niges nature reserve.



In this peaceful neighborhood, with flower-lined alleys, pastel shutters, and stone walls, you can breathe in the laid-back Rétais way of life. The atmosphere is both family-friendly, relaxed, and discreet, with a true village life in summer and winter.

Nature lovers will enjoy the bike paths accessible right outside the house, walks through the salt marshes, and sunsets at La Conche beach.
