Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two separate living areas give everyone room to breathe. The main living room centers on a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable. A second family room connects directly to the patio, making it easy to move between indoors and out. The game room brings the fun home - arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games mean there's always something going on regardless of age. For anyone needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection is set up in a private room with its own door.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed. The fourth is a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds, ideal for younger guests. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 10 guests.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from early pre-park breakfasts to full group dinners. Appliances include an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Coffee is provided to start the day. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all stocked. The dining table comfortably seats the full group.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, and come with pool toys included. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make it easy to settle in for the afternoon. The private gas BBQ grill is ready whenever you'd rather cook outside. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Please note that the backyard is open and not fully fenced.
 
Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well looked after throughout. A children's playroom and an outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, and standalone high chair are always available, alongside children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games. Breakfast is provided, and babysitter recommendations are available on request.
 
Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are fully stocked with a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryers. Cleaning products, essentials, and extra towels are also provided.

The villa sits in the Orlando Area, placing Florida's biggest theme parks well within reach. Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld are all close by. Free resort access gives guests use of a shared gym and lake access for days when the parks can wait.
 
Practical details
The villa is pet-friendly and suited to longer stays. Four driveway parking spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also nearby. Self check-in is handled via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces.
 

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
