Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a queen memory foam sofa bed. The first master ensuite is located on the main floor and features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, rain shower, large soaking tub, bidet, and direct pool access through sliding doors. A second master ensuite upstairs also includes a king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom three holds two queen beds, while bedroom four is themed in Finding Nemo and provides two single beds. Bedroom five includes one full bed and one twin bed. The family room offers a sectional with a queen memory foam sleeper, smart TV, and ceiling fan, along with direct access to the pool.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a private escape with a 15x30-foot pool and spa, available heated for an additional fee. The pool deck is enclosed with a secure safety gate and provides sun loungers and outdoor furniture. A half bath with direct access adds convenience. For outdoor meals, you’ll find a charcoal grill included or the option to rent a propane grill. Weekly cleaning is provided, and a portable skimmer is available for guest use. Lake access is nearby through a path or dock, and resort facilities are also available.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel Maytag appliances, and a single oven with built-in air fryer. A Maytag refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher are provided along with cooking basics, pots and pans, and dishes. You’ll also find a drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. The dining table offers space for meals together, while barbecue utensils are available for use with the outdoor grill.

Entertainment and family features
The air-conditioned game room is set up with a 55-inch TV, arcade machines, pool table, foosball, and board games. Inside the home, a 65-inch HDTV offers standard cable plus Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Families are supported with a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s books and toys for a range of ages, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates.

Comfort and convenience
The home includes free washer and dryer in unit, extra linens, towels, and room-darkening shades. Central air conditioning and heating keep every room comfortable, and ceiling fans are provided throughout. A dedicated workspace in a private room makes it easy to stay connected. Safety features include two exterior security cameras (front and back, facing outward only), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Driveway parking is available for four vehicles with additional free street parking.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
