Nice place! Great placement and comfy and cozy. Wish there was a grill or pool toys for the kids but it’s was overall really nice.

Very spacious with plenty of rooms and beds and plenty of activities with air hockey, billiards pool table and the private pool was the best part.

Clean property at a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean, and the house was very spacious. We primarily stayed to spend 4 days at Disney World. The house was conveniently close to the parks. My children enjoyed the pool on our rest day. We were glad that pool towels were provided. Things that I liked: small toiletries were provided in each bathroom, dish soap was provided, extra kitchen trash bags were included, each bedroom and both living areas had a tv, and the washing machine had a large capacity.My kids enjoyed the air hockey table, but the garage is not air-conditioned. The hot air in the garage was great for air-drying our ponchos and stroller, though!The filtered water and ice from the fridge were great, too. The soaker tub was divine after an exhausting Disney day. The furnishings were nice, but one of the couches did have a tear in it. The couch set nearest the pool was very nice, and we loved the built-in USB charging.I would definitely stay again!

Good place to stay

This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Be prepared to bring everything you need to cook. It is a barebones kitchen. The only pantry items were coffee filters and some salt and pepper. Enough detergent for 1 load in the dishwasher. No more. They charge for a pass to let you through the gate.

Great house- NEED TO UPDATE MATTRESSES

The property was great and my family had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the two master suites (king bedroom and queen bedroom) mattresses were almost un-sleepable due to the poor quality in the springs jamming into your back throughout the night.

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and just 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We loved it here!

The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities at the clubhouse were great! The house itself was exactly as described, it was honestly way more house than we needed for 4 but we got a ton of use out of the pool and enjoyed playing air hockey. We loved seeing the armadillos and a heron around the neighborhood as well, not something we ever see back home. Highly recommended!

Great Location

This property has lots of space, and is close to Disney. Check in was easy and the property manager was excellent to work with. Everything that you need is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious. We pool area was very clean. Master bedroom need a new mattress. Needs new cookware. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Nice neighborhood. I wouls stay again if they replace the msdter bedroom mattress

Perfect for families

The property had plenty of space for our group of 7, which included 3 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were nice and the twin beds were very comfortable. The queen and king beds were not as comfortable and the beds wobble and squeak with every move. The frames may just need an adjustment, but the mattresses are likely due for an upgrade. The house could use some new cookware, as the Teflon coated pans were all scraped up. I also did not find any baking sheets, pizza pan, glass baking dishes etc. anywhere. Fortunately I have family nearby so we made it work by borrowing things from them. The kids really enjoyed the pool even though it was chilly, it was only averaging in the 60’s outside during our stay. The kids also had a lot of fun using the air hockey table and pool table and spent a great deal of time out in the garage area. I would suggest maybe having some checkers, cards or boardgames available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property! We loved the location and the amenities available in the home and at the resort. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

Home in Kissimmee

Our stay was great! So much space to spread out. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. It was so nice to have our own pool! The pool was very dirty when we got there and I emailed the management and the pool company was there the next day and it was nice and clean for the rest of our trip! I would definitely recommend this property.

OVER PRICED FOR BROKEN FURNITURE

The house seemed very nice until we actually stayed on the property, i went to vaccum and the coffee table completely fell down, rips and tears in furniture, all screen doors were broken and couldnt use them, blinds had fallen apart and kept falling down, the toilet in 2nd bathroom was leaking fairly bad to where we had used 2 towels and was ringing them out 6-7 times a day. contacted them about it and said someone would be out and 3 days later still no one to fix issues. lets not forget that all remotes were missing the back and all batteries died except one remote. the fridge smelled old and mildewy. cabinets were all stuck and had to pry them apart. beds were all wore out, very uncomfortable to sleep in. the money i spent on THE PLACE I SHOULD HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. IT SADDENS MY HEART TO KNOW THAT I SPENT MY TIME, MONEY AND VACATION TO GO THROUGH HELL, AND WE WERE ALREADY THERE CONSIDERING OUR TRIP WAS FOR A FUNERAL AND FAMILY VACATION. NOT HAPPY
