The smallest master is on the ground level—perfect for grandparents—and opens to the outside. A Graco Pack and Play is available for parents who prefer to leave the crib at home. Bed linens are sanitized—including bedspreads—to the highest standards between each rental. The open living area and ready to use kitchen include a Gas Stove/Oven, Keurig Duo, Instant Pot, Blender, waffle maker, cooking utensils and basic supplies. TV and Cable are available in the living area and each bedroom as well as WI-FI throughout. An electric grill is provided off the main living area on the screened porch, achieving fire inspection requirements. What is really special about this property is that it includes 4 on the beach cushioned chairs with umbrellas from March-October—extra seating is required by the renter. 6 Beach towels are included.
