Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the center of Aix-en-Provence, it offers a peaceful and green setting.
Named “Villa Maguy” in tribute to my mother, this house holds great sentimental value. It’s where I grew up, surrounded by memories and emotions, and I’m delighted to share it today with travelers from all over the world.
This bright and comfortable 150 m² villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in Aix-en-Provence.
Tastefully renovated, it blends Provençal charm with contemporary style, nestled on a 1,000 m² landscaped garden with a private pool and shaded outdoor spaces.

• 3 spacious bedrooms: two with 140x200 cm double beds and one with a 160x200 cm queen bed, all with high-quality bedding.
• Large living room with corner sofa, TV, and dining area (fireplace not usable).
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full dinnerware set.
• Bright veranda, perfect for meals or relaxing moments.
• Modern bathroom with double sink and washing machine.
• Separate WC.
• High-speed Wi-Fi included.
