The fully stocked kitchen has new custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and white quartz countertops. The in-unit reverse osmosis system, with remineralizer, eliminates the need for bottled water and the refrigerator has additionally purified water and ice dispenser. Enjoy your meals at the large peninsula or on the veranda for a sunset dinner.

Our spa like bathroom has a large open shower with multi-function showerhead and is fully stocked with robes, linens, lovely personal care products, hairdryer and first aid kit.

The 300 sq. ft. veranda features a large teak dining table, drapery for shade or privacy, and a comfortable lounge area for enjoying the expansive ocean view.

Other Gecko amenities include a safe, printer, phone charging dock, beach chairs, Neso sunshade, coolers bags, beach toys and towels. The living room has a Smart TV with basic local channels and streaming available, and a library for your beach reads.

Serendip includes a pool and other shared amenities including a solar and battery backup power system.
