Welcome to Yaya and Papi's Place!

This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor, offering a beautiful view of The Sanctuary and a refreshing breeze from the ocean right on your balcony.

The Primary suite provides a comfortable king bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV allowing you to stay up-to-date on all your favorite shows, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample closet space perfect for the over-packers. In the second bedroom, you will be delighted with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a dresser for additional clothing storage. The 3rd bedroom offers a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, flat-screen TV, and a spacious layout for all the kiddos to hang out and get comfortable!

The gourmet kitchen is just off the living area offering beautiful granite countertops with plenty of space for the family cook and get creative! Enjoy your family dinner in the dining area lit by a beautiful chandelier or eat outside and enjoy the breeze and view! Wind down with a fun movie night in the spacious living area on the flat-screen TV and sound bar.

3 Outdoor swimming pools (Open Memorial Day to mid-September), 2 Libraries, and 2 Fitness Centers.
Limit 2 parking passes per unit. No smoking (only in designated garage areas) and no pets allowed.

Great beach getaway for the holidays

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at this property! We had 5 boys 13 and under and somehow had enough space. The pools were very convenient on the property and we were able to find plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The room was very clean, included several amenities we loved, and was in the perfect location for our family. We wished the porch was cleaner, but the rest of the condo was in excellent condition! We would recommend and plan to stay here again!

Great place

The condo was super spacious for a group. The location was nice considering it was across the street from the only restaurant open on the peninsula. The only disappointing thing was that the hot tubs were advertised as open on the listing (pre-memorial day pool opening) but they were not, seemed like they were closed for maintenance our entire trip which we were unaware of. Also, bring your own propane if you plan on grilling! Plenty of grills none had propane. The beach was calm and relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was beautifully furnished and so clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery. The unit was centrally located to the beach and pool so we were able to move around quickly. We didn't use the locker storage as it was a bit further away from the parking spot. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would come back.

Our condo was in a rather messy condition. The back porch had accumulated spiders and webs, while the bathtub had some sand in it and looked unclean. Furthermore, the entire floor was covered in sand. I hope the owners of the property is aware of how dirty things are.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is nice. The bedroom setup was not what my confirmation stated = it did have the correct number of beds BUT the setup was not how my reservation stated. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. The towels and blankets are adequate. The facility's pools are not very big, and the nicest pool was closed on the last day, and they close early every day 8pm and don't open up until 10am. I am sure this place was really nice at 1 time but the pool swim up bar/restaurant is closed and there is no drink/food allowed in the pool areas. The location is remote (15 minutes minimum drive) from any entertainment or activities. The parking is very small (especially if you have a family SUV) and my family and I will NOT be considering the place again.

Had a great time!

The property was good. It was convenient, big and the check in process was great. The resort was also good, a little older and we saw a lot of spiders, but it was great being ocean front and having 2 great pools! The Mexican restaurant on site was also good. The condo itself was pretty big, but it definitely lacked some cleanliness. The bathroom rug needs to go. The lack of soap and essentials provided was also lacking. Otherwise it was a great vacation!

Great location and great for kids and toddlers

This was a great quiet location during the time we went in early September. Quick service at most restaurants. Nice balcony to relax on and eat. Great for kids , Close enough to walk to the beach and nearby playground. Lots of places to eat and things to do within 30 minute drive. our go-to restaurant Jose tequilas was ideal(right inside complex for condo) 2 pools inside complex were nice and not crowded at all. Bed was big and comfortable and home had very beautiful decor. Home seemed very toddler safe for the most part. My recommendation for anyone bringing toddler would be to bring electrical outlet covers as there are outlets conveniently placed all over the home, besides that there was one lamp as you walk into the living room, there was one cord in sight and grabbing distance of a toddler after unplugging this and moving out of reach, we had no issues . Kitchen is fully stocked and the blender got a lot of use for Pina coladas. Our five year old loved the bunk beds!

First time in Sandbridge and will definitely be back. Our unit was great and the building was close to a park, the pier, and several restaurants. The unit floor was a little dirty when arriving but it was mostly sand and I understand it's hard to avoid that at the beach! The check in process was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Some Domestic Advice

My family and I had a lovely little getaway, but, as in past Vrbo stays, there were some things to be desired--note that there is only 1 dishwasher cycle's worth of soap supplied, no hand soaps were supplied and no tissues were supplied. The condo complex itself, while fine, could use a power-washing in the outside halls and balconies; there were many bugs and cobwebs on the walls and railings, making it non-desirable to relax on the balcony. It is also a huge complex, so definitely make use of any supplied maps and I would over let children (of any age, really) try to navigate alone as it is quite overwhelming and not super well signed throughout.

Nice property and attentive staff

We enjoyed our stay at Yaya and Papi’s place. The location is great with easy beach access and multiple pools on the property make it a great family destination. The rooms are as advertised and the unit was clean overall. I highly recommend paying extra for early check-in especially if you have small children. It allows for some fun on the property on the first day. The on-site Mexican restaurant , Jose Tequila is very convenient and the food and drinks are excellent. I have to make special mention of the staff , especially Jonnie and Jordan. Jordan handled our check-in flawlessly and Jonnie was very helpful in resolving an issue with the refrigerator in our unit. There was a problem with the temperature in the fridge and Jonnie sent a replacement on a Saturday night (!!!). We’re very grateful for the “above and beyond “ service. Overall a great stay and I definitely recommend this property.

When we checked in, there was no one at the desk and we had to search for someone and while that person was not rude, they weren't very welcoming. The only vacuum that was left visible for us was in the laundry room and did not pick up any sand. We did find one that worked better that was in an unlocked closet labeled "owner's closet" we were not sure if we were permitted to use it, but we did. There were no brooms there until the last day we were there. We came back after being out and it was left inside the door. It would have been helpful to have that earlier in our stay. The building is very difficult to navigate when you're unfamiliar with it and there aren't really any signs to help you out. We got lost a lot! Overall, we had a nice stay and we loved the area!

Only issue was listing said sleeps 9 but it didnt specify how it sleeps nine. My 9th person had to sleep on an air mattress. I also had 9 adults. The master would have easily fit 2 adults and 2 small children. Even with 9 people in the living room it was very spacious.

Beautiful Condo

Had a great stay at this newly offered property. Amenities were great, location was ideal. Sad hot tub was closed, we knew pool would be but hot tub was a bummer. Also restaurant on site was closed which was also a surprise. Condo was huge and immaculate, well appointed with kitchen supplies, etc. Zero view of ocean or back bay but patio was nice to sit on anyway.

What an experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no television service for first 5 days, maintenance staff worked very hard for days to get service but eventually had to call cable company ( Cox ) to get service, took half a day but finally got it, thank you maintenance staff for all your hard work. No assistance to get belongings into unit, had no carts or other objects to cart loads,?would have been helpful.
