Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. The portable air conditioner provided in the apartment was fully functional. The guests who stayed immediately after you installed the exhaust hose without any difficulty, so it is likely that it had been removed by previous guests before your arrival. I personally stayed in the apartment with my two daughters (aged 2 and 5) last week, during temperatures of 38°C. We kept the air conditioner running throughout the day in the living room/kitchen and placed a sheet over the window opening to reduce the hot air coming in. Despite the 50 m² living area, the temperature remained around 26.5°C. While this is not very cool, it is a livable temperature during an exceptional heatwave. Unfortunately, very few apartments in Paris are equipped with air conditioning, and we are fortunate to provide a portable unit. We understand that a second unit would have been helpful, but during that period portable air conditioners were sold out across France, making it impossible for us to obtain another one. We are sincerely sorry that the heat affected your stay and appreciate your feedback.
