We loved the unit, it was very clean and the host was in touch with us to make sure if we needed anything and were very informational. Long Beach Resort is our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach.

The views and the condo were exceptional and we had everything needed for our stay!!Our hosts were so responsive and took care of everything we had questions on...and the bed was sooooo comfy and that is something we base most of our comfort on.Will definitely stay at The Tipsy Mermaid again!

Perfect location just steps from the beach. Lovely large balcony for viewing sunsets and enjoying private outdoor space. Inside space was perfect for us! However could use some fresh paint and a quieter vent for the bathroom. Be prepared to stock your own toiletries and kitchen essentials. Our experiences with VRBOs have provided more of the essential provisions. However, this would not prevent us from staying again. Also, walkable to some outside dining areas and plenty of beach shops! We enjoyed the sidewalks for long walks.

Beautiful condo steps away from the powdered sugar sand and gulf waters! Loved the huge patio and 1st floor location. The views were awesome! We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean! We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed plus some for our stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from both the living room and bedroom were amazing! The balcony was our favorite place! Beach chairs and an umbrella were a thoughtful touch that we enjoyed very much! The hosts were very friendly, very responsive and went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place!!

Great place to stay

The Tipsy Mermaid is a beautiful place to stay, and is close to all the attractions in PCB. The check-in process was simple, and the property owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be going back.

Place looks exactly like the pictures. The bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. The condo could use a good floor cleaning throughout. Also the entry door and outside patio needs a cleaning. Easy access to the condo.

Our resort just underwent an extensive, full property renovation, which has brought some amazing updates to the complex but unfortunately left behind some stubborn construction dust in the common entryways and patios. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we have already worked with our cleaning team to do an extra deep clean of the floors and outdoor spaces to clear out the last of the renovation debris.
