Adventure Retreat - Bentonville

Our home has the perfect combinations of relaxation and adventure, privacy and community, nature and proximity to local attractions.

The 5 bedrooms give everyone space to rechargel along with large common areas to socialize in the Window Room (den with Smart TV, sound system, blu-ray player & movies, pool table, board games, wet bar, couches, rocking chairs), kitchen with island seating and 4-person table, 8-seat dining room, multiple backyard decks, swim spa / hot tub, and fenced yard to run and play games in.

You'll be surrounded by trees, with less than a 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and a few minutes' drive to several trailheads. You can also bike to MTB trails if you want to get the extra elevation gain in your ride. The closest trails are at Handcut Hollow (2.5 miles away)

There's plenty of activities in the Northwest Arkansas area including mountain biking, road biking, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, museums, and more!

You'll have the whole house and backyard to yourselves, including the swim spa and attached garage. Note: pool service does come weekly to adjust chemicals, which may coincide with your stay. The swim spa is not heated from November through February. You are welcome to use it as a cold plunge, however heating it during these months will require an additional charge.

Great stay

Really beautiful house. So easy to find and was perfect for our adult weekend. There was 10 adults and it was just the perfect amount of space for everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend the hottub. Owners were super quick to respond to all messages. Will definitely rebook if we come back through Bentonville.

Wonderful place

We had a great time during our stay in Bentonville. We had 7 adults and 2 children staying there and it was plenty of space. The house was just as shown on the listing and was super clean and had lots of amenities (hot tub, pool table, big TVs and board games). It was also very kid friendly with plastic plates, bowls and cups, pack-n-play as well as space for them to play. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows as needed.we would absolutely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

My step daughter had her wedding at Mildred Cooper chapel October 29th so we had a big group that stayed in this beautiful house. It was perfect! The weather was freezing but the hot tub was great. Had a great time.

Great Location - Great Space

This property was in the perfect location for our trip: Wedding in Bella Vista at Mildred B Cooper Chapel and reception at The Ravington in Centerton - basically in the middle between the two destination venues. The VRBO home itself is very spacious, clean and well stocked for large groups. With many family members and friends attending the happy event, the home served very well managing the revolving door of guests. The open concept invites guests to move freely among the kitchen and dining areas to the large den with a soaring cathedral ceiling equipped with several entertainment options (wet bar, television/streaming, sound system, pool table). What a place!

Lovely Home for Family Get-Together

Our family (me and my spouse, parents and niece and her husband) enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the large den/game room, which had beautiful views and comfortable seating. We played lots of pool and enjoyed the board games that were supplied by the owners. The kitchen was beautiful and roomy, and worked well for our group. We didn't use the hot tub/swim spa, so we can't provide information on it. The stairs to the back deck were a little too steep for my parents to negotiate (they're in their 70s/80s). We also appreciated the owner being willing to extend our stay an extra day on short notice (bad weather had affected our travel plans). Location was private, yet close (10-20 minutes) to museums, restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, we would recommend this home.

Fun visit

Our family individually has traveled to NW Arkansas for long weekend trips but we decided to take a week and everyone go at once. There were nine of us and this property was perfect- giving couples and singles their own bedroom. We love to cook and we fournd most everything we needed in the kitchen. We had not planned on making waffles on this trip but once we saw they had a great waffle maker there- well we cook waffles. Even though it was super hot for a few days, we turn the heat off in the lap / hot tub and enjoyed soaking in the water. We had a great time on Beaver Lake renting a pontoon boat and searching some nearby swimming holes. The property was really convenient to everything, lake, Crystal Bridges, and a day trip to Fayetteville. The family loved the pool table and huge great room where a lot of family time occurred. The beds were comfortable and the hosts answered all our questions.. We have been staying in VRBO properties .since they begin a business and this property was exceptional. Thanks for letting us be your guests.

Great place!

My family of eight and I stayed here for five nights for a family reunion and wedding in nearby Rogers. Half of our group were in their late 20s and the other half between 65 and 80. The house had something to offer for all of us. The younger folks loved the hot tub and pool table and we loved the huge sectional couch in the rec room for conversation and TV watching. The amenities were excellent and the neighborhood quiet and convenient to both Bentonville and our Rogers venues. It was super clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated everyone easily. This is a place we’ll return to!

Arkansas baseball tournament

We had 4 families staying together for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our families to have a peaceful and relaxing place away between games. The kids utilized the upstairs back bedroom that provided plenty of beds and space for them to hang and the families each had there own room, kitchen was huge and accommodating for all of our families. The oversize hot tub/pool was great for cooling down after 3 hot days in the sun. Ultimately this was the best location and space for us. Great quiet place to get away up onto the mountains!!!

Was practically a STAYCATION!!!

Our family travels to different places every year and we’ve stayed in many different properties over the years. This property feels like the pinnacle of all those experiences. The host was professional and accommodating. The house was exquisite - just as described, at the perfect location with amenities to spare. And we didn’t expect the property to look better than the pictures online. Everything was perfect upon arrival and the host was helpful and quick to respond during our stay. There were moments when we felt like not going anywhere because we enjoyed staying put. The amenities were more than we expected. The house was very well stocked and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. And maybe this is TMI and my wife will cringe when she reads this part but those bidet toilet seats are incredible hygiene devices and were definitely one of the highlights or favorite features of the home for me. The hot tub was huge and very relaxing! The outside scenery and sunlight left us wanting more. The Wifi was fast and the boardgames and pool table were hours of entertainment that helped create lasting memories. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Several years ago, we traveled to Bentonville for a bike race and fell in love with the area. This home is a dream home for us. We love the privacy and views the backyard trees offer while still being very close to town. As mountain bike enthusiasts, we love being close to so many trails in the area, whether we bike from the house or do a park-and-ride from one of the nearby trailheads. This home is perfect for large gatherings, since it provides large areas for everyone to gather, but also enough zones where people can get alone time when needed.

The Window room is our favorite spot in the house because of the many activities that can happen at the same time. It's not uncommon for someone to be curled up reading in a rocker while others build a puzzle during a pool tournament.

The swim spa is truly a unique to this rental. A powerful current can be turned on for swimming laps in place, or it can be heated as a giant hot tub.
