A spacious, renovated mansion of 250 m², just a stone’s throw from Vic-Fezensac. Designed specifically for your holidays, it offers every modern comfort. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living area with fireplace, billiards table, TV room, large private swimming pool with stunning views over the Gers valleys, barbecue and outdoor kitchen, pétanque court, swings, trampoline, secure children’s zip line, set within an 8,000 m² wooded park... The list of pleasures is almost endless... Suitable for 10–12 people.

Purchased in 2015, I renovated this house myself using all my expertise. The décor has been carefully chosen to ensure you feel at home wherever you are in the house. Every year, new projects are introduced to enhance guests’ experience.

The ground floor is very well separated from the four upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 12 people.

- A master suite for 4 people with TV and en-suite bathroom in 2 separate bedrooms. 2 queen-size beds (160cm)
- A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV for 2 people. 1 queen-size bed (160cm)
- A dormitory-style room for 5 people. 2 double beds (140cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) + TV
- A double room with TV and en-suite bathroom for 2 people. King-size bed (180cm)

On the ground floor, you will find the living room and dining room in the same open-plan space, featuring a stone fireplace. The kitchen, with an American-style fridge including an ice maker and a central island, is fully equipped (crepe maker, raclette grill, stone grill, croque-monsieur and panini maker, hand blender, yoghurt maker, deep fryer, waffle maker, etc.) and will allow you to cook for the whole family with pleasure.

A room with a pool table is also available near the living room, always a popular spot at aperitif time... As well as a separate TV lounge with sofas, a large-screen smart TV with access to Netflix and Canal+.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The 8,000 m² private grounds surrounding the house allow you to enjoy the stunning view from the pool over the Gers valleys.

The private swimming pool, reserved exclusively for your use, is secured by an alarm. It is generously sized, measuring 12m x 5.5m (depth 1.5m + diamond-shaped deep end up to 2.40m). A sheltered ‘Gazebo’-style summer kitchen (for the Canadians ;) ) is available, featuring an oven, sink, 1 large fridge, a lounge area and a shaded outdoor dining area.

To keep the little ones entertained, we have installed a shaded play area with swings and a slide, a safety-enclosed trampoline and a 45-metre-long zip line for a maximum weight of 110kg.

Older children can enjoy the pétanque court.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.


Other comments
The house is situated in a small hamlet comprising several houses. A car is essential.
I live on site from time to time in a small adjoining gîte. There are no neighbours opposite. I take care of maintaining the swimming pool every morning before you wake up.
