Villa Maguy features 3 en-suite bedrooms with sea or garden views and accommodates up to 6 guests. The villa is approximately 150 m² and is set on a 2,300 m² fully fenced plot. It includes an intercom, electric gate, electric vehicle charging station, and parking within the property. The beach is just 250 m away, offering both sea and countryside views.
The main floor includes 3 en-suite bedrooms. The living areas feature a dining space for 8 guests, a living room with TV and sofa, a winter lounge with armchairs, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Outside, there is a heated saltwater infinity pool with sea views (9 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) with a safety cover, and an outdoor dining area for 12 guests. Leisure equipment includes 2 paddleboards, 6 sun loungers with mattresses, a double sunbed, garden lounge furniture, a fire pit, and a pizza oven at the rear of the villa. Internet and a PlayStation are also provided.
The upper floor is accessible via stairs and includes a TV lounge and additional WC, while the other rooms on this floor will remain closed.
