BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms, a full-size bed in the second living area, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.

Noise violations, charcoal grilling, or any other violations of the HOA rules will result in an immediate $250 fine.

Rentals during spring break/Easter week (Semana Santa) will be restricted to families only. Young children must be in the company of their parents, grandparents, or immediate relatives with parental authority. With the exception of married couples, a group of adult siblings or relatives without one or both parents, grandparents, or adults with parental authority may not rent a condo at The Dolphins during spring break or Semana Santa. Violations will result in eviction and liability for all fines levied by the Condo Association, plus a 10% processing fee.

THE LOCATION

Located just 1 block from the sparkling coastline, this rental provides easy access to all of the island’s attractions. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk, and you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

For more vacation excitement, schedule a parasailing or deep-sea fishing adventure. Or head to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca for water rides.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
