While here, you can also enjoy access to other Long Island Village community amenities, including a gym, tennis, basketball courts, and an on-site restaurant.
Relax in style in the open living area, furnished with a comfy sofa, a love seat, and chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 50” cable TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table. Spend peaceful mornings gazing at the water from the covered deck, offering plenty of seating. Or host a family cookout with the charcoal and gas grills. Soak up the sun at the Long Island Village community pool, or relax in the heated indoor saltwater pool (both pools are 8’ deep).

THINGS TO KNOW
This one-story home is accessible via three steps. A small staircase is necessary to access the water.
A required $90 resort fee is payable on-site. This fee covers parking passes, as well as access to the community amenities (pools, basketball, pickleball, tennis, and a gym). The golf course is not included in the resort fee.
Parking is strictly enforced in this community. Please ensure your vehicle completely fits in the parking space.
The welcome center is available after hours, if guests wish to visit.
This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island, Permit #201.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Dock details: You are NOT allowed to dock boats at this home. There is a fish cleaning station off the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
