Stretch out on the leather sofa and watch Netflix shows on the 54â flat-screen TV with cable. Dark wooden cabinetry complements white granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. Create a delicious dinner with quality stainless steel appliances. When itâs time to eat, gather at the dining room table for hearty meals and conversations. Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.
This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 42â flat-screen TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is complete with a full-size bed, 42â flat-screen TV, and access to a private covered balcony. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds and a 40â flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

From the open parking area, follow the pathway north past the elevated tennis and basketball courts towards the office labeled âOcean Vistaâ to register and collect wristbands . The office will be located on the right side -- office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. All guests must register at the office.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.
