Bright and inviting, the 3,732-square-foot floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, four plush suites, and a convenient home office.
LIVING AREA
Cathedral ceilings crown the sunlit Great Room with ample seating and a TV. The family room has another TV, and the home office provides a dedicated workspace.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook in the gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and top-of-the-line JennAir appliances. Serve appetizers at the oversize island for four, then enjoy meals at the dining table for eight. The table-side bar offers an ice maker and beverage fridge.
BED & BATH
The vaulted primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and private balcony. The spa-like en-suite has a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet.
The second and third suites each have a queen bed, TV, and en-suite with tub/shower combo.
The fourth suite offers twin-over-twin bunks and an en-suite with tub/shower combo.
A guest bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the guest bath holds a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Swim in your private 5’ deep pool, then rinse off at the outdoor shower. The covered lounge includes a bar, TV, and ample seating. Four total balconies offer great views; one features a gas grill and alfresco dining.

Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
