Welcome to The Sanctuary, a stunning beachfront retreat in Island Park Estates, Port Aransas, Texas. This three-story, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home offers the perfect blend of coastal luxury and relaxation, making it the ideal destination for your next getaway.

Unwind on the expansive balconies and patios while soaking in panoramic Gulf views. Take a dip in the private pool, lounge in the hot tub, or sip cocktails as the sun sets. Whether you’re enjoying the beach breeze or relaxing inside, this home was designed for comfort and entertainment.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, the first floor features a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds, a private suite with a full-size bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the spacious living area with a 65” smart TV and convenient bar. The second floor includes two queen suites, each with a private bath and smart TV, plus a luxurious master suite with a king bed, spa-like bath, and private balcony with breathtaking Gulf views.

The third floor is an entertainer’s dream, boasting a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large dining space with seating for eighteen, and a 75” smart TV. Step onto the third-floor balcony for some of the best unobstructed ocean views in Port A.

Located just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, The Sanctuary provides easy access to top-rated restaurants, local shops, and exciting attractions in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi.

Easy access

Great experience. The elevator made it easy to get heavy items up and down from the third floor kitchen. Beach access 2 was so close we were on the beach and set up in no time. The boardwalk was right around the corner just had to make sure to have mosquito spray by the community pool. Other than that the place is amazing!

Very nice place!

Very nice stay. Home was super clean, all high end amenities and management staff was easy to work with. Pool was not able to get up to temp with temps in the 60s so that was only real issue.

July 4th Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home over the 4th of July with our entire family. The house is gorgeous—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well-kept. The private pool was the perfect size for both kids and adults to enjoy, and the large hot tub was a great bonus.One of the highlights was the stunning view of the beach from the house. Beach access was quick and easy, We rented golf carts for even easier access.Guest services were top-notch. They were extremely responsive, checked in on us during our stay, and made sure everything was perfect. We had no maintenance issues at all. A couple things to keep in mind: the home has only one residential refrigerator, which can be a tight fit if you’re bringing groceries for a large group. Overall, our family had a wonderful time and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend it for a beach getaway with family or friends!

All was perfect except for the musty smell on our clothing after we got home. The constant fear/paranoia of the owner watching us from the other reviews was bothersome. Otherwise, The view was perfect as was the home. We would stay again

Great view!

Gorgeous views and great location to beach. Elevator was nice as was pool. Spa never worked- asked vacation company but they did nothing. Air conditioning was great- nice and cool. House does have a very musty smell- had to wash EVERYTHING when we got home. Bedroom layout is great and beds very comfy. House wasn’t very clean and we had to wait outside 30 minutes after check in while cleaners finished. Tons of mosquitos hovering around doors. Couldn’t use outdoor shower they were so bad. Bring spray!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay but there were a couple issues. Sliding doors to bedrooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned. Went to use the outdoor grill and there wasn't any propane. Lastly we couldn't control the temperature of the home. Had to contact management twice to turn down temperature but it was only changed on the third floor not the areas where we slept. Frustrating for the amount of money spent. The pool and spa were amazing and the kitchen is well appointed.

Violation of Privacy Big Brother

The house that we stayed in was beautiful but the whole experience was ruined with the amount of phone calls and text messages we received by Silver Sands. They were intrusive and a form of harassment. They have cameras at every patio and level of the property which was an invasion of privacy. It made us question if there were cameras located inside the property and in the bedrooms. The calls and texts that we kept receiving were because the “owner” was monitoring our behavior and/or door sensors. Upon arrival I received a call to shut the doors because a door sensor had alerted the “owner” that the door was open. This was during the time we were unloading our vehicles to bring items in. With further information it was discovered that a door was left ajar by the cleaning crew that was there before we had ever arrived. I received two other texts/calls regarding doors being open. Mind you this is not because of doors being left open irresponsibly but for the mere fact that 11 individuals at some point were using the doors to exit and enter the property for normal beach comings and goings. However, the phone call that I received that I felt was the biggest violation of our privacy was a call from Silver Sands informing me that the “owner” noticed we had pulled chairs out from the breakfast area onto the patio to accommodate our group for a short period of time and that they needed to be brought in immediately. By the time I had received this call, the chairs had already been returned and back to their designated location. They had maybe been out on the patio for 1.5 hours and in use. I offered and did send them pictures of the returned chairs as proof. I have never in my life experienced anything of this magnitude. To feel that you are being watched and harassed during your stay is way way out of line. We are working professionals with children who spent over 6k for 3 nights/4 days to feel as if we were being babysat and monitored for every movement. I will never recommend this place and I will never return to this place. These people should not be renting this space out if they are so concerned and obsessed with the place. You ruined a trip for two families. I could not wait to check out. Find another hobby besides watching your paying tenants. I would love to look into the legalities of this type of recording and intrusion of privacy.

Love this house!

Incredible location. A few things. Rent your cart well in advance if you want one. We needed up not getting one and used one of cars to transport the short distance. The beach access road is very close. Get a Beach Pass sticker at the gas station where you turn onto the beach road for 12.00 dollars. Count on using the stairs, a lot. Count on hitting your head on the hood vent several times. IPad remote controls for the TV's are terrible. Lots of room for the 14 of us. We would stay there again!

Family Vacation

Everyone had a wonderful time together on the deck overlooking the beach and the State Park and dunes. The board walk to beach is just a short distance away. Neighbors and construction were quiet. The interior of house is lovely with a great array of cooking utensils, pans etc... We will visit again!

Bliss at the Sanctuary

My daughter's wedding

I was amazed at the property but was worried about a previous review about the property owner. We were never contacted or harassed by anyone at any time during our stay. The house is amazing, and the view is stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our family gathering and our daughter's beach wedding. Thank You for making it a special time for me and my family!

The most well appointed vacation home we've ever stayed in! They've thought of absolutely everything. The perfect place to relax and simple be with your family and friends. Perfect view of the ocean from so many rooms and just around the corner from the boardwalk to the beach. When your child tells you their stay was better than Disney World, I think that speaks volumes!

Can we give it 6 stars, because it's worth it. Immaculate and beautiful home. This was the best beach stay we've had in the many years we've been renting in Port A. Can't wait to come back next year and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Perfect beach vacation home

I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this house. It has every possible convenience. Tons of space. Beautiful views. Literally a 5 minute walk around the corner and down the boardwalk and you're on the beach, plus the access road is a 2-minute drive. We cooked every meal for a week and had every dish and appliance we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms look like a nice hotel. Pool and hot tub were great. Tons of technology throughout the house. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. You do need to be thoughtful about packing what you will need, as there is no stash of "left behind by the last guests" stash of anything - food, games, pool floats, beach toys, etc. Other than that, the house is really flawless. The property management company was an absolute nightmare to deal with, but that really can't be held against the house or the owner, and hopefully even that will improve in the future. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Dreamy house and pool

Great house in private neighborhood. House and pool was wonderful! tricky getting the golf cart, had to pay cash and deliver to the office in PA, confusion if gas needed to be replaced or not. The boardwalk to get to the break where you enter the beach needs to be repaired. Coming back up you have to get a running start with no one but driver on the cart and we still got stuck. the boards they have to go up are covered with sand, you have to uncover them and twice we need to lift the golf cart. It is an ok walk to the boardwalk, but with lots to carry you need a golf cart. No one delivers beach umbrellas andchairj to that location. House is convenient location to Corpus Christie, beach access if you drive to the beach and Cinnamon shores.
