As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course. The heated resort pool is a few steps from home.

Unwind in the bright and airy living area, complete with a sleeper sectional and a smart TV.
The flexible second living area doubles as an entertaining bunk room, and is finished with laid-back seating and a smart TV.

Five can sip coffee at the quartz breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats six.

This house sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, a queen sleeper sectional in the main living area, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second living area. Each bedroom has a smart TV.
The primary suite has a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
