Comprised of two adjacent stilt homes, this 4BR/2BA rental provides easy walkability to shopping, dining, and the beach. Spend the afternoon at the waterpark, then head downtown for dining and entertainment!
Newly built in 2016, these identical 2BR homes feature upscale furnishings and appliances. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchens, or host a cookout on the under-home patios.

Vaulted ceilings highlight both light-filled living areas, each featuring a sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted TV.
KITCHEN & DINING

In both homes, the first bedroom features a queen bed and a wall-mounted TV, while the second bedroom holds a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each living area offers a sleeper sofa.
The bathroom in each home is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Both homes feature a covered patio and a small front porch, perfect for morning coffee.

THE LOCATION
Make sure to catch a sunset on Horace Caldwell Pier -- Port Aransas Beach Park is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk.
Walk to shops and eateries with ease, or head downtown for dining and entertainment (4 minutes). Treat yourself to waterpark fun at Waves Resort Corpus Christi (20 minutes).
Take to the fairways at Palmilla Beach Golf Course (5 minutes), or rent a boat and fishing gear from Woody’s Sports Centre (6 minutes). Birding enthusiasts will love the trails at the Port Aransas Nature Preserve (6 minutes).
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
