Good morning Craig, Thank you for your comment. We are very surprised as all our guests really enjoyed their stay at the Penthouse. Regarding welcome products, we provide body lotion, body soap, shampoo, and bar soap. Two sets are provided in the bathroom so that each guest has their own products. However, we do not provide conditioner, as it is not part of the range we use. When guests arrive at Alamanda, we explain that the residence is not an hotel and that linen is therefore not changed automatically, except for stays of more than a week, in which case we offer this service. We also tell guests not to hesitate to ask us if they need anything: towels can be changed on request during their stay, and we remind them that a washer-dryer is also available in the apartment. Pool towels are also provided. We usually place them on the bed and specify during check-in that they are towels for use at the beach and pool. The Jacuzzi is checked weekly and serviced by a technician after each guest departure. The concierge service is at your disposal if needed, and it is better to contact them during your stay so that any issues can be resolved immediately and you can fully enjoy your time here.
