Welcome to the Villa Palm Beach by Camillette, our amazing villa, fully renovated in 2025, ideally located just a 50 meter walk from the famous Orient Bay beach in Saint Martin, french side.Entirely designed for your comfort, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The modern, air conditioned interior is spread over two levels:

Two bedrooms upstairs: one is modular (either a large double bed or two separate single beds) and the other has a large double bed.

Two private bathrooms with showers, adjoining each bedroom. A toilet is also located on the landing.

A double living room on the ground floor, with a sofa bed for two guests, which will have their privacy thanks to sliding doors.

A third bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen for your comfort: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, double compartment Ninja Airfryer, and washing machine.

The villa is equipped with fiber optic Wi Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and three safes for your peace of mind. A cistern and a pump ensure perfect water pressure in the showers, even in the event of a power outage. You will also benefit from two parking spaces in front of the villa.

You will be just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, water sports, and a convenience store.

Linens are provided free of charge (bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets).

All the villa and the pool

The price of the stay includes end of stay cleaning and a maximum 2 hour mid stay cleaning for stays longer than 8 nights (without linen change). For stays longer than 15 nights, a 3 hour mid stay cleaning with linen change is included. If guests require additional cleaning services, CAP SXM will offer them an additional service. The island of Saint Martin is subject to power, internet and water outages (lasting from a few minutes to several hours). The villa is equipped with a clean water tank to compensate for water outages. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. There may be seaweed on Orient Bay beach at certain times of the year. We will not grant any discounts or refunds due to these issues, which are beyond our control and beyond the control of the accommodation. A baby crib or extra bed is available upon request and subject to availability.

The accommodation allows you to do everything on foot: shops, restaurants, and the beach. To explore the island, however, it's recommended to rent a car; don't hesitate to ask our partners for promo codes. Two parking spaces are available in front of the villa.
